International League T20 bids farewell to David White
White joined the DP World ILT20 as the league CEO in September 2023, he was at the helm for three seasons of the tournament – 2023-2025.
Dubai, 3 September 2026: International League T20 has accepted Chief Executive Officer David White’s request to not extend his contract and return home.
White joined the DP World ILT20 as the league CEO in September 2023, he was at the helm for three seasons of the tournament – 2023-2025.
Chairman ILT20 Khalid Al Zarooni: “The ILT20 team acknowledges the hard work and commitment of David White as the league’s CEO in his three-year stay and thank him for his services.
“Under White, the league made great progress and succeeded in establishing itself as one of the major tournaments in the world. White played a leading role in the league’s growth during his tenure. We wish him the very best in his future endeavours.”
David White: “I have decided to return to my home country (New Zealand) after three hugely successful years with the DP World International League T20. I am grateful to the ILT20 for accepting my request. I thoroughly enjoyed my stint at the league, which in recent years has grown into one of the top T20 tournaments in the world.
“I want to take this opportunity to thank the ILT20 management, the Emirates Cricket Board, my colleagues, tournament franchises and partners for their tremendous work and support. I wish the DP World ILT20 the very best in the years ahead.”
